Ming Heong @ Taman Paramount, Petaling Jaya

If you are ever in a craving for some Chinese soup, do head over to Taman Paramount for a budgeted dinner with many soup broth to choose from. Although another famous stall serving cooling soup is at the same row of the shop. I prefer to visit Ming Heong as they have a variety of Chinese wok style dishes that can fill us up for dinner.

Lotus Root Soup with Peanuts
I tried their lotus root soup with peanuts which is a commonly ordered soup that embodies lotus root sweet essence boiled together with pork meat and peanuts. The soup was really sweet and the amount of salt was just right.

Yummy rich soup :3
Baby Kai Lan
A simple vegetable dish that I found surprisingly nice. Although I wont comment much on vegetables, but this dish was stir fry in just the right amount of fire and flavour.

Signature Spare Ribs
Aahh...their signature spare ribs was a delight and was on par with the ones I tried in Yoke Heng before. With a minimum order of 3 pieces (RM7 - 9 each), this wrapped pork goodness in aluminium foil, was rich in its taste and the sauce was great with our rice.

Parking may be a headache during dinner here, but a simple stall serves good dish with a variety of soups to choose from. Will definitely visit here again to try their other dishes. Prices averages about RM 13 - 20 for dinner here.
