Shanghainese Steamed Meat with Black Truffle Dumplings
Firstly, start off with a mouth-watering meat filling and piping hot soup of Shanghainese Steamed Meat Dumplings or Xiao Long Bao. Compared to the conventional Xiao Long Bao usually ordered here, this luscious 18 fold plaited dumplings have been added with black truffles to enhance its flavour that permeates through the inner dumpling's soup. As I have mentioned before in previous posts before, do not throw away the soup that is inside the dumpling as that is what makes this dumplings complete. Enjoy this dish with their vinegared sliced ginger sauce while it is still hot.
Double-boiled Chicken with Fish Maw and Superior Shark's Fin Soup
Next, slurp down a bowl of a rich double boiled chicken soup (6 hours). As the strong chicken essence soup makes it nutritional for the elderly, the addition of sliced fish maw and superior shark fin brings a luxurious element to the strong flavourful broth that is attributed to its generous portion of ingredients used.
Braised Shanghainese Pork Belly with Sea Cucumber (10 pax)
Braised Shanghainese Pork Belly with Sea Cucumber
Enjoy some pork goodness with their modified version of their "Chef Recommended" Braised Shanghainese Pork Belly. This delicious pork belly was braised for about 2 hours that makes every bite juicy with it sauce. Take a slice of pork belly and put in a piece of steamed bread and munch down all the meaty goodness! In addition, the sea cucumber served was cooked just perfectly chewy with a serving of broccoli, and mushrooms .

Sauteed Hong Kong Seasonal Vegetables with Dried Scallop
Remember how our mothers always ask us to finish our vegetables? Savour down this sauteed Hong Kong Bak Choy that tasted just nice and drenched with a rich flavourful dried scallop sauce. The vegetable tasted nice with a rich scallop essence to it.
Yong Chow Fried Rice
Finally, for your staple dish, you can choose either a Yong Chow Fried Rice OR Fried La Mian with Diced Chicken in Black Pepper Sauce. Looking up above this Yong Chow Fried Rice was fried Chinese wok style with a mixture of eggs, peas, scallions, diced meat, and mushrooms.
